Hello.
About Me

Jenn Yingling
M.A. Film & Television
B.A. Journalism & Media Communication
I received my Master's degree from Savannah College of Art & Design, and my Bachelor's degree from Colorado State University. My best work comes from my ability to tell compelling stories through film!
Since graduating, I've worked as an Associate Story Producer for Evolution on a soft-scripted Hulu show. I also worked as a documentary cinematographer with Argo Films on a film that will air on PBS.
While at SCAD, I was a graduate teaching assistant for an environmental filmmaking class. I helped mentor students during the creation of their documentary films. In undergrad, I was a news reporter and photographer for one of the nation's best student media teams before finding my calling in videography. Appointed to student media's staff as a manager, I helped teach students how to use professional Sony camcorders and edit in Adobe Premiere Pro.
I have worked with clients such as the Howard Hughes Medical Institute, Colorado State University's Veterans Association, Green Badger, as well as interned with award-winning audio engineer and composer Bruce Faulconer.
I was the main editor and cinematographer for my first short-form, award-winning documentary 'Beyond Bravery,' a piece taking a never-before-seen look at the mental health of first responders.
With a team of my peers, I won 2nd Place in the 2018 BEA 48-Hour Film Festival with the narrative short 'Love Hurts,' as well as an Award of Excellence for 'Beyond Bravery' in 2020.
